Returns
We offer FREE returns on all orders within the US!
At Galis Jewelry, every item you buy is meant to bring happiness and inspiration to its wearers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase or order delivery date. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less credit fees, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. The returned item must be unworn and returned with the original packaging.
Galis Jewelry does not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, please purchase the new product and ship the return product back to us, you will receive a refund for your returned item.
Please note that clearance sale items are not eligible for return.
If you want to return a personalized piece you will be credited 70% of the product price.
