 We can’t give reimbursements on shipping fees due to carrier delays. 

As a result of enhanced precautionary measures due to COVID-19, some carriers are experiencing extended service delays which could exceed delivery beyond your selected shipping time as well as impact package tracking information.

At Galis Jewelry, every item you buy is meant to bring happiness and inspiration to its wearers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase or order delivery date. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less credit fees, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. The returned item must be unworn and returned with the original packaging.

Galis Jewelry does not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, please purchase the new product and ship the return product back to us, you will receive a refund for your returned item.

If you want to return a personalized piece you will be credited 70% of the product price.
